Dry Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 /2 tsp salt

Meringue:
6 egg whites
1/2 cup soft white sugar
1 tbs lime juice

Cake Mix:
2 sticks butter/ margarine
5 egg yokes
1 cup white granulated sugar
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp redrum
1 tbsp vanilla

Glaze:
1 stick butter/margarine
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup redrum
1 cup white rum
1 tbsp yellow almond
1 cup granulated/brown sugar

This recipe makes one 10 x 4 bunt cake
